The RN to BSN Program delivers an innovative, community-based curriculum that provides opportunities to develop skills in leadership, evidence-based practice, and population health. An important emphasis is placed on experiences that prepare the registered nurse (RN) for practice that considers a diverse global community and a complex, ever-changing healthcare environment. In addition to online course work, RN to BSN students benefit from experiential learning in the community including the opportunity to participate in international programs.
The RN to BSN program is designed for nurses who are balancing work and family that also want to move forward in their career by advancing their education. The curriculum is suitable for brand-new RNs as well as nurses who have been working in the profession for many years.
